The Warwick Hotel was a great choice for our NYC getaway, with its convenient location near Central Park, Broadway, and Fifth Avenue. The room was spacious and clean, making our stay quite comfortable. However, there were some inconveniences during our visit, particularly with the lack of coffee makers in the room and the long waits for the elevator. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but some aspects could use improvement for the price we paid.

The Warwick is a historic hotel with exceptional service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a fantastic location near major NYC attractions. However, the dining options are pricey and the experience can vary dramatically, as I encountered a serious issue with pests during my stay, which put a damper on my visit.

I stayed in a corner suite that looked out to the avenue. While it had a great living space with a sofa and a dining table, I was disappointed to find it was not as clean as I expected, especially with pest issues that were alarming. The air conditioner was also quite loud, which made it hard to sleep.

The staff was incredibly understanding and tried to address my concerns, but the pest problem overshadowed my experience. While they offered an upgrade for a future stay, I doubt I would consider returning after my visit.
